- Standard Engraving Charges: $.20 per character
- Logo Charge: $6.00 per logo, per plaque/award
- Signature: $4.00 per signature, per plaque/award
- Laser Setup Charge: $82.50
- Laser Less Than Minimum Charge: $85.00 (10 piece minimum)
- Color Overlay Charge: $2.50 per piece
- Color Overlay Setup Charge: $50.00 per color
- Sandetch Setup Charge: $65.00
- Sandetch Line Change (personalization) Charge: $4.00 per line
- Colorfill Charge: $7.50 per piece

What are your art/graphic charges?
- There is a one-time art charge to input any new logo into our system.
- Art charges run $70/hour, with a $15.00 minimum charge.
How should I send you my logo or special artwork?
- Electronic artwork in EPS (illustrator) format is preferred. We can also work with a variety of different file types. Please contact us at 800-843-2581.
May I approve the design layout?
- Yes, you may approve your layout. We will design your engraving as you indicate or you may supply us with an approximate layout that we will use as a guideline.
How long will it take to get my order?
- Standard Wooden Plaques & Awards: 5-7 Working Days
- Standard Glass & Marble Items: 7-10 Working Days (if in stock), 10-15 Working Days (if not in stock)
- Acrylic Awards: 15 Working Days
- Avonite Awards: 10-15 Working Days
- Custom Orders: Please inquire w/ sales representative.

What are your shipping terms?
- We use all types of carriers, including but not limited to: UPS, Federal Express and Airborne Express.
- Customer will be billed for shipping charges.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Canceled orders will be billed for expenses incurred. This may include the entire cost of the order depending on the status of the order in the manufacturing process.
What do I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?
- Items should be checked immediately upon receipt. If damage occurs during shipping, keep the item and ALL of the original packaging and report it to us immediately at 800-843-2581. We will replace damaged items promptly. If we have made an error, it will be re-shipped at our expense. Customer errors will be redone at the customer's expense.

How do I make a change to my order?
- Depending on where the order is at in process, we may or may not be able to make changes. If you should need to make a change to your order, please contact us immediately at 800-843-2581 .
Are there order processes that I can use rather than online ordering?
- Orders may also be placed by telephone, fax or e-mail to email@example.com .
- Engraving will need to be submitted via fax or email.
- Please indicate the product, the product size, color, font, when you need the product, and how you would like it delivered.
