- Standard Engraving Charges: $.23 per character
- Logo Charge: $7.50 per logo, per plaque/award
- Signature: $4.00 per signature, per plaque/award
- Laser Setup Charge: $82.50
- Color Overlay Charge: $2.50 per piece
- Color Overlay Setup Charge: $50.00 per color
- Sandetch Setup Charge: $65.00
- Sandetch Line Change (personalization) Charge: $4.00 per line

What are your art/graphic charges?
- There is a one-time art charge to input any new logo into our system.
- Art charges run $70/hour, with a $15.00 minimum charge.
How should I send you my logo or special artwork?
- Electronic artwork in EPS (illustrator) vector format is preferred. We can also work with a variety of different file types. Please contact us at 800-843-2581.
May I approve the design layout?
- Yes, you may approve your layout. We will design your engraving as you indicate or you may supply us with an approximate layout that we will use as a guideline.
How long will it take to get my order?
- 5-7 Working Days is normal delivery time

- If a product is needed sooner rush charges may apply.
What are your shipping terms?
- We use all types of carriers, including: UPS and Federal Express.
- Customer will be billed for shipping charges.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Canceled orders will be billed for expenses incurred. This may include the entire cost of the order depending on the status of the order in the manufacturing process.
What do I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?
- Items should be checked immediately upon receipt. If damage occurs during shipping, keep the item and ALL of the original packaging and report it to us immediately at 800-843-2581 or email us at: info@LaneAward.com . We will replace damaged items promptly. If we have made an error, it will be re-shipped at our expense. Customer errors will be redone at the customer’s expense.
