Mack, I visited your location today to pick up an order. As I was relegated to waiting at the stoplight at Buckeye and Central, I was impressed by the led marque signage honoring local culture, offering information pertinent to passersby and not wholly for advertising. The marque was a sign of attention to others by Lane. While the outward appearance and messaging of the building was worth noting, as you may know, the people at Lane who supported my purchase of a recognition plaque were the best part of this experience. When in person, I did not express my gratitude properly and wished to express my appreciation here. Mary Rose assisted me in designing my purchase. While her support was brief she was effective both in understanding my desire for the award and intuiting a beautiful design which I hoped for. The product is well done and it will be well received. Our non-profit recently decided to honor an office for their continued support over the past 5 years. We decided a nice plaque was appropriate and decided on a budget. I would like to give a BIG THANK YOU to Debra, Recognition Specialist, for going above and beyond the call of duty. I contacted Debra on Monday, July 30th to inquire if it was possible to have a last minute custom made plaque for a retirement event by Wednesday afternoon. I asked her “can you help me part the Red Sea?” We laughed and she said yes. She was able to find the wood selection I was looking for and took the time to explain in details the options, verbiage, colors, designs, prices and provided me samples of photos on how the colors and logo would look like and what she could do for me to have it ready by Wednesday afternoon. She was detailed, had patience and she was a pleasure to speak with. When I went to pick-up the retirement plaque on Wednesday, she waited a few minutes after 5 pm for me. When I saw her, I hugged her told her THANK YOU for going above and beyond. She is amazing and her excellent customer service was above and beyond.
